Beast Boy first appeared in the season 1 webisode Welcome to Super Hero High. He is voiced by Greg Cipes in the English version of the cartoon.

Season one[]

In Welcome to Super Hero High, Beast Boy transforms into an antelope and runs through the courtyard as a deer with Harley Quinn into the school.[1] In All About Super Hero High, he appears in the courtyard, watching Wonder Woman arrive on campus. He later appears walking inside the school and also flying past Wonder Woman and Bumblebee as a bird as she shows her around the school. He transforms back into his normal form while still in midair when Bumblebee tells him to show Wonder Woman, causing him to fall but he is caught by Wonder Woman.[2]

In Fall Into Super Hero High, he compliments Harley Quinn's video of her friends' embarrassing moments that she uploaded to the internet with the Flash and Green Lantern.[3]

In Weaponomics, he makes a background appearance attending a Weaponomics class as his classmates show off their weapons.[4] In Clubbing, Beast Boy appears as the drummer in SHHS Band Club, transforming into an octopus to play multiple drums at once.[5]

In Hero of the Month: Bumblebee, he watches as Amanda Waller announces Bumblebee as Hero of the Month in Weaponomics class.[6] In Hero of the Month: Wonder Woman, Beast Boy appears in the cafeteria as Wonder Woman is announced Hero of the Month and also in archive footage of when she first arrives at the school.[7]

Season two[]

In New Beginnings, he attends Wonder Woman's surprise party for defeating her first super villain.[8]

In Hero of the Month: Supergirl, Beast Boy appears in Super Suit class as Supergirl is announced Hero of the Month. In Batgirl vs Supergirl, he appears in the school cafeteria and transforms into a bird to escape getting hit by Batgirl and Supergirl as they compete with each other over the last piece of cake.[9]

In License to Fly, Beast Boy, as a green pterosaur flies through metropolis and nearly gets hit by Batgirl's Batjet in mid-flight during her Flyer's Exam.[10]

In Doubles Trouble, Beast Boy appears in the audience spectating the tennis competition between Katana and Supergirl against The Flash and Cyborg.[11] In Franken-Ivy, he makes a background appearance walking at the end of a school corridor. Later, after Poison Ivy's pet Frankie grows to huge proportions and goes on a rampage, Beast Boy and his schoolmates arrive to confront it and he transforms into an aphid. Ivy later convinces Katana to resolve the issue non-lethally.[12]

In Dude, Where's My Invisible Jet?, Beast Boy arrives as part of the Detective Club to help find Wonder Woman's invisible jet. He transforms into a dog to track it, but only finds a flying disc. Wonder Woman later throws it away and he chases after it.[13]

In Hero of the Month: Frost, Beast Boy watches Frost's Hero of the Month announcement from the student lounge with many other students.[14] In Hero of the Month: Hawkgirl, he offers to high five Hawkgirl in the library after she is announced Hero of the Month, only for her to shush him.[15]

In The Cheetah Who Cried Wolf, he makes a cameo appearance hearing the Save the Day Alarm while walking in the halls.[16] In Ring of Mire, he makes a cameo appearance as an elephant to suck up litter as he and his classmates help clean the park.[17]

In Hero of the Month: Star Sapphire, he watches Star Sapphire's Hero of the Month announcement, alongside Frost and Star Sapphire at capes & Cowls Café from Star Sapphire's tablet.[18]

In Cold Blooded, he attends Ivy's dancing flowers show at a fountain outside the school, and notices Frost's cold with the rest of the audience.

In Hero of the Month: Beast Boy, Beast Boy receives the titular award, and gets testimonials from Hawkgirl, Star Sapphire and Starfire. In one segment, he gives a cupcake to Star Sapphire that he would have eaten himself when she complains of her classmates forgetting her quarter birthday. Later, when SupergirlS asks him how he will celebrate winning the award, he transforms into a sloth and says he's "just gonna chill".

Season three[]

In Seeing Red, Beast Boy battles Supergirl in the weaponomics room due to the activities of a red anger-inducing Kryptomites loose in the school. Starfire unsuccessfully tries to break up the fight. They presumably stop fighting when Starfire defeats it.

In Wild Side Part 1, he has a picnic with Starfire and Batgirl in the park which is interrupted by a stampede of escaped zoo animals brainwashed by Lion-Mane. After saving the civilians, he and his friends and encounter Lion-Mane, who tries to use his brainwashing powers on him, but his friends defeat and tranquilize Lion-Mane. In Wild Side Part 2, he and his friends try to return the animals back to the zoo and are assisted by Mari McCabe, a zoo volunteer. After finishing, they thank Mari.

In Stealth 101 Part 1, he attends a super suit design class and enthusiastically asks to be picked when Crazy Quilt considers Batgirl's partner for the Stealth Suit design project. He transforms into a grasshopper to show off his ability to blend in. Crazy Quilt ultimately picks Poison Ivy.

In Body Electric, he attends Thunder and Lightning's medal ceremony in the school auditorium for restoring power to Metropolis during a blackout.

In Fresh Ares Part 1, he makes a background appearance sitting at a table in Capes & Cowls Café with Cyborg and Frost. He is also present in the Café when Catwoman drops a pollen grenade inside to steal Ares' Amulet of Harmonia, causing him to go on a rampage to destroy Metropolis. In Fresh Ares Part 2, he transforms into a bird and follows Wonder Woman to battle Ares with the other flying students. After Ares is stunned by his classmates, Beast Boy transforms into a whale to hit Ares, causing him to fall to the ground so he can be subdued, after which he and his fellow students dance in celebration. In Fresh Ares Part 3, Ares breaks free and continues his rampage, cutting their celebration short. His rampage ends when the the Amulet is returned to him, as Beast Boy watches with the aftermath with the other students.

In Gorilla Warfare, he attends a Phys Ed class where Gorilla Grodd is abducted by members of his former gorilla army. He and his classmates run to rescue him and he transforms into a gorilla himself to battle them. The battle ends when Grodd convinces his abdutors that he is in the school voluntarily and playfully gives detention to Beast Boy and his classmates for staring at them.

In Dog Day After School, he tells Hawkgirl and Supergirl of the damage in Metropolis that triggered the Save the Day Alarm. He transforms into a deer to accompany them as they follow the source of the damage. Accompanied by Catwoman, he and his friends follow the source into an alley behind Capes & Cowls where they learn that the source is Supergirl's dog Krypto, who happily reunites with his owner.

In It's a Superful Life, he participates in a holiday toy drive with his friends. When they decide to "share themselves", he offers to share a pumpernickel sandwich in his armpit. He goes to a retirement home with Starfire where he listens to a former firefighter's story of saving a dog. He later attends the holiday tree ceremony in the school foyer.

Season four[]

In Fish Out of Water Part 1, Beast Boy appears as one of many students impatiently waiting in line inside the school for a water fountain as it is being used by Mera and transforms into a whale to tell her to express his impatience. In Fish Out of Water Part 2, he appears standing outside the school with Hawkgirl at night.

In Ha-Ha Horticulture, he appears waking up in front of the school after Ivy and Harley distribute a pollen around the school to undo the effects of Ivy's earlier sleeping poppy experiment. In Nevermore Part 2, he makes a background appearance standing behind Principal Waller with Frost as she talks to Supergirl and Raven. In Nevermore Part 3, he runs to his station to defend the school as it gets attacked by Trigon and transforms into an elephant to put out fires caused by Trigon by spraying water.

In Drive Me Crazy, he sets Cyborg's tank to destruction mode before he put in the remote override, causing it to go on a rampage, despite being told it was off-limits. After Big Barda stops it, he appears with Cyborg and her friends as she asks him if she can drive it again. He later flies towards her after she crashes it, informing her she forgot to put it in park.

In Tamaranean Dance Club Part 1, he appears as a Katana's practice dance partner, and transforms into a porcupine in fear after seeing what Wonder Woman and Supergirl did to their respective partners during the spin move. He later appears attending the Tamaranean dance for Starfire as the Korugar students arrive. In Tamaranean Dance Club Part 2, he battles the Korugar students as "dance" is Tamaranean for domination battle. He narrowly avoids getting captured by Bleez and ejected from the school by Lobo. He first engages Lobo, then helps defeat the Korugar students by defeating Mongal as kangaroo while Wonder Woman dictates dance moves from a microphone.

In By the Yearbook, he appears in a school hallway with Frost, Starfire and Poison Ivy with a school yearbook and admires the co-editor photos of Wonder Woman and Harley Quinn.

Season five[]

In Spell-shocked Part 1, Beast Boy makes a cameo appearance in the school cafeteria during lunch. In Spell-shocked Part 2, he makes another cameo appearance looking through a hole in a wall from a classroom created when the Book of Legends brings lockers in the neighboring hallway brought to life. He later appears in the cafeteria as the Book of Legends continues its rampage there.

In Career Day, the icon on his shirt appears on a monitor for assigning students with staff to shadow for Career Day, presumably to indicate where he will be assigned. Later, Wonder Woman performs janitorial duties outside the school after getting assigned with Parasite, and smells an awful scent, wondering if it is "stray cat puke" or Beast Boy's. In Mood Ring, he makes a cameo appearance running from Supergirl's heat vision after she is affected by the escaped red anger element from Star Sapphire's ring in a school hallway.

In the first part of All Pets Are Off, he transforms into a poodle to pose as Supergirl's pet to compete in the school pet show to investigate the students' missing pets undercover. He performs poorly during events of the competition and is the only pet to not win a medal at the end of the show. During the medal ceremony, he is abducted along with the other pets by Artemiz to be impressed into Granny Goodness' animal army in the stolen Battywagon. In the second part, Artemiz recognizes him when he accidentally blows his cover and transforms into a grasshopper to escape the Battywagon and is saved from getting run over by a truck by Supergirl. After Artemiz is defeated and the award ceremony resumes, the other pets are given the grand prize as he guesses that he is disqualified for not being a pet, but is then given the award for "Most Versatile".

In Rolling Blunder, he makes a cameo appearance smelling a flower outside the school as Big Barda gets sent smashing through a nearby wall during the SHHS Savage Supers Roller Derby match against the Female Furies. In Target Practice, he makes a cameo appearance playing with a yo-yo in the park.

In Missing Martian, he makes background appearances talking to Bunker in the school foyer, in the hallway as Grodd announces it is Miss Martian's birthday, in the cafeteria during lunch and attending Miss Martian's surprise birthday party later that evening in the park.

In the first part of Fortress of Solidarity, he makes a cameo appearance attending the school winter holiday tree ceremony in the SHHS foyer.

In the first part of My So-Called Anti-Life, he attends Dr. Seid's math club and does a multiple choice exam with the other members. He watches as Dr. Seid discovers the Anti-Life equation and transforms into Darkseid. In the second part, he and the other students battle him, transforming into a snake to bite him, but failing to harm him. He appears running for cover with other students as Darkseid uses the school amethyst and the equation to transform the world in his own image. After the effects of the equation are undone and Darkseid is defeated, Beast Boy appears approaching him with other students as he retreats.
