Brainiac is a villain in the first generation of the DC Super Hero Girls franchise. He is the main antagonist of Intergalactic Games and Search for Atlantis.

Season three[]
In the film Intergalactic Games, Brainiac appears as the boss to Lena Luthor, first appearing after Lena and her Kryptomite army is defeated by the Heroes at Super Hero High. He battles the students in a giant robot and is defeated when Platinum seemingly sacrifices herself. After the battle, he appears climbing out of the wreckage of his robot and vows to return before flying to the moon.
Season five[]
In Bottle Episode, Supergirl finds a message from her cousin Kal in her locker along with the Bottle City of Kandor, saying that he found the city in Brainiac's lair and telling her to keep it safe.
