Super Hero Girls[]

Originally, Harley Quinn was an enemy and rival of the Super Hero Girls when she was dedicated to crime. During that time, she was unaware that her best friend, Barbara Gordon, was Batgirl; until in "The Warrior and the Jester" and "Nightmare in Gotham", she and Wonder Woman realize that Harleen is Harley. After saving Gotham thus foiling the Joker's plan, they both hoped that she would turn good. And so it happened; in the crossover movie, Harley (who temporarily joined the Legion of Doom) would give up life of crime to save the world along with the rest of the heroes, and eventually the Super Hero Girls made amends with Harley and accepted her into the team.

Diana Prince/Wonder Woman[]

At first, when Diana met Harleen in "Frenemies", she disliked her funny and somewhat annoying personality, like the rest of the Super Hero Girls. In "The Warrior and the Jester", she got upset with Harleen due to her accidentally dropping her ice cream, and still couldn't stand her when the two of them went to get another Batman ear as Diana snapped unintentionally the original Bat-ear that Harleen gifted Babs. But after Harleen presents Babs with a used Batman Batarang, Diana thanks her for her help, and also discovers Harleen's identity as Harley Quinn. And although the latter warns her not to tell her secret to Babs, in "Nightmare in Gotham" Diana does it. In the crossover Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse, she helped Wonder Woman escape from the Legion of Doom to reunite with her friends. Eventually, they both made amends and Harley was accepted into the team.

Barbara Gordon/Batgirl[]

Harleen and Barbara are GBFFs (Gotham Best Friends Forever), as seen in Sweet Justice and Gotham Con. But they don't know about each others' superhero/supervillain identities, as Harley Quinn and Batgirl fight very often until in "Nightmare in Gotham", Wonder Woman reveals to Batgirl that Harleen Quinzel and Harley Quinn are the same person. Batgirl at first does not believe her, but after looking at one of the photos on her phone, she accepts it and reconciles with Wonder Woman; after that, Batgirl reveals her identity to Harley. In the crossover Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse, she and Batgirl face a conflict that puts their friendship at stake, to the point that the latter decides to end their relationship. Nevertheless, at the end of their victory over Cythonna and the Legion of Doom, the two resumed their friendship, and Harley was accepted into the team.

Kara Danvers/Supergirl[]

VideoCapture 20191221-200435

Like the rest of the Super Hero Girls, Kara disliked Harleen's personality, so much so that she was the only one who spoke her hidden truths without being tied to the Lasso of Truth. In "Scrambled Eggs", the two did not like each other when they got selected as partners to protect the egg or else its summer school. The at the end, the two could have bond when they hug crying, and when they pretended the egg assignment never happened. In the crossover Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse, Batgirl told them that Harley and Harleen are the same person, Supergirl at first was even more suspicious of her thinking that she did something to Bumblebee, until the opposite was found out. Eventually, she made amends with Harley, and was accepted onto the team.

Jessica Cruz/Green Lantern[]

Like the rest of the Super Hero Girls, Jessica disliked Harleen's personality at first. Nevertheless, Harleen gained the trust of the girls over time, and Jess was one of the first to get used to her attitude, even arriving defend her as happened in "The Warrior and the Jester". Even in Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse, when Jessica learned that Harleen and Harley are the same person, due to her peaceful nature, she defended her from Zatanna and Supergirl to calm the latter down when they were looking for Bumblebee. Eventually, she too made amends with Harleen, and she was accepted onto the team.

Karen Beecher/Bumblebee[]

Like the rest of the Super Hero Girls, Karen disliked Harleen's personality, as they found her annoying at first; given her case, Harleen spoiled an entire movie for her. While Harley Quinn was a member of the Super Villain Girls, Bumblebee foiled her plan to destroy the bridge in "Beeline" and stung her just like she did Giganta in "Big Screen Bully". In the crossover Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse, after Batgirl told her friends that Harleen is Harley, Bumblebee encouraged them to rejoin as a team by giving them a speech. That speech also motivated Harleen to help the heroes stop Cythonna and the Legion of Doom, and she was accepted into the team.

Zee Zatara/Zatanna[]

Zee, like the other Super Hero Girls, didn't like Harleen's personality at first. And even she resented her after throwing her off a train during a fight in the crossover Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse. Even when Harleen left the Legion of Doom, she like Supergirl thought she had done something bad to Bumblebee now that she knew her secret identity. However, when Lex Luthor was about to attack Zatanna, she is saved by Harley, who knocks Luthor out with her mallet, defeating him. For that act, Zatanna thanked her, making her passes with her, and eventually, Harley was accepted into the team.

Tatsu Yamashiro/Katana[]

Katana vs Harley Quinn

She and Katana were enemies when Harley was engaged in crime. In "Soul Sisters", Katana snatched her soul until she was freed from the Soul Taker, while in "Soul Taken", Harley steals said sword and has fun with it at the Metropolis Fair, until she exchanges it for a mallet.

Pamela Isley/Poison Ivy[]

She and Pam were associated as accomplices in the team of Super Villain Girls and know each other's secret identities.
