Season two[]

In Hero of the Month: Hawkgirl, Lion-Mane appears in a picture arrested by Hawkgirl on the front page of the Daily Planet newspaper after she identifies a strand of his hair in a pile of trash at a crime scene.

Season three[]

In Wild Side Part 1, Lion-Mane appears using mind control on zoo animals to attack humans at a park. When he tries to use his mind control on Beast Boy, he is defeated, tranquilized, and trapped in a collapsed gazebo by Batgirl and Starfire. In Wild Side Part 2, he wakes up from his sedation, escapes the gazebo, and attacks Batgirl at the zoo. He is then defeated again by Mari McCabe, who attacks him with a whip until he steps back and gets locked in a zoo cage. He is then seen being pelted by chimpanzees with fruit in the cage while waiting to be arrested by the Metropolis SCU.

Season four[]

In Pets Peeved Part 1, Lion-Mane appears as part of the Animilitia with fellow animal-themed villains Killer Croc, Killer Moth, and King Shark. When they engage Super Hero High students at the zoo, he pounces at Bumblebee, but is blasted into a bush by her electrical stings and later appears getting hit by Harley Quinn's mallet. After the students get captured in a room laced with kryptonite, he informs them that the room can imprison even the strongest Supers. In Pets Peeved Part 2, he engages Jumpa when the Super Pets come to rescue their owners, and tries to use mind control on her to get her to join the Animilitia. Jumpa nonetheless defeats him by kicking him, causing him to fall over, and then knocking him out with her tail.

Graphic Novels[]

Hits and Myths[]

In Hits and Myths, Lion-Mane battles Supergirl, Batgirl and Wonder Woman at the Metropolis docks. After escaping Wonder Woman, he uses a "kitty litter stink bomb" gas pellet to disorient his enemies and hide in the smokescreen. As the three heroes split up to find him, he hunts for Batgirl in the maze of shipping containers, but she ambushes him from inside a container by hitting him in the face with a fish. He is then caught in Wonder Woman's Lasso of Truth and tied hanging upside down above the water to a dock post. He is later escorted into a Metropolis SCU van and driven away.
