Super Hero Girls[]

Diana Prince/Wonder Woman[]

In the Super Hero Girls, Wonder Woman is the one who has had the least fights with Poison Ivy, in fact in the entire series a fight has not been shown between them, the closest thing to a fight between Wonder Woman and Poison Ivy is in the episode Beeline, but while Wonder Woman and Poison Ivy haven't clashed very often, they have the basic hero/enemy relationship.

Barbara Gordon/Batgirl[]

Batgirl is the second archenemy of Poison Ivy, since in the From Bat To Worse episode it was shown that Poison Ivy has a lot of huge hatred towards batgirl for defeating her in the episode From Bat To Worse and harming nature, Batgirl is shown to also have hatred towards Poison Ivy for whipping Batgirl to a wall, underestimating her, and making fun of her and her Bat Knight, causing Poison Ivy and Batgirl to have an enemy and rival relationship, and since Harley Quinn is no longer Batgirl's archenemy, Poison Ivy is most likely Batgirl's new archenemy.

Kara Danvers/Supergirl[]

As Kara Danvers, Poison Ivy has respect and a bit of affection for her since in the episode Detention Club Kara along with Garth, Hal and Zee helped Pam get her plant back from Mr. Chapin. As Supergirl, Poison Ivy hates her for defeating her seaweed monster in the episode Anger Management, although Supergirl and Poison Ivy don't clash very often, they have the basic hero/enemy relationship.

Jessica Cruz/Green Lantern[]

As Pamela Isley, she finds Jessica annoying since their first interaction as Jessica tried to befriend her, despite her telling her to leave her alone as she only wanting to be friends with plants. However, they both share the same ideal as they want to protect plants and trees. As Poison Ivy, she and Green Lantern share the basic hero/enemy relationship, despite Poison Ivy's objective of trying to save plants and trees. She also attacked Jessica for being a vegan.

Karen Beecher/Bumblebee[]

Bumblebee is also one of Poison Ivy's enemies, since the Beeline episode, Poison Ivy also has hatred towards Bumblebee for ruining Harley Quinn's plan in the Beeline episode, for making her desperate in their fight and almost defeating her in the Frenemies episode. and for damaging nature in the Retreat episode, it is revealed that Bumblebee is afraid of Poison Ivy in the short Hashtag Frowny Face.

Zee Zatara/Zatanna[]

As Zee Zatara, Poison Ivy has respect and a little affection for him since in the episode Detention Club Zee along with Garth, Hal and Kara helped Pam to recover her plant from Mr. Chapin. As Zatanna there is not much to say since Poison Ivy and Zatanna have not faced each other, the closest thing to a fight is in the episode Anger Management and Beeline, but although Zatanna and Poison Ivy have not faced each other they have a basic hero/enemy relationship.

Tatsu Yamashiro/Katana[]

Katana is one of the enemies of Poison Ivy, Poison Ivy has a lot of hatred for Katana for stealing her soul in the episode Soul Sisters, in the episode Soul Sisters it is not revealed or it is known how Katana stole her soul to the Super Villain Girls one by one. Although in that episode for now it is the only fight between Katana and Poison Ivy, and probably in season 2 that Poison Ivy take revenge on Katana for what he did to them.

She and Harleen were associated as accomplices in the team of Super Villain Girls and know each other's secret identities. Hal Jordan/Green Lantern[]

Hawkman[]

Hawkman is also a former enemy of Poison Ivy, Hawkman and Poison Ivy became friends in Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz)'s classes for anger management, as shown in the Anger Management episode, then they together with The Flash and Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz) tried to help Kara with her anger issues, but their attempts were in vain.

Flash is also a former enemy of Poison Ivy, As with Hawkman, Poison Ivy and Flash became friends in Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz)'s classes for anger management, as shown in the Anger Management episode and Poison Ivy and Flash along with Hawkman and Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz) tried to help Kara with her problems of anger but his attempts were in vain.

Catwoman is the second best friend of Ivy in the team, Catwoman and Poison Ivy, Star Sapphire besides being friends they are also associated as accomplices and know each other's secret identities. in the whole team they are the only ones with brains, and they draw up very effective attack plans and strategies as shown in Frenemies and beeline episodes.

Giganta[]

As with Green Arrow, Star Sapphire and Livewire, Poison Ivy does not interact much with Giganta, some of the few times that Giganta and Poison Ivy interacted was in the Frenemies episode (At the Super Villain Girls' dinner), in the Beeline episode (when they were placing Harley Quinn's explosives on the metropolis bridge), and in the episode Soul Sisters.

Star Sapphire[]

As with Green Arrow, Livewire and Giganta, Poison Ivy does not interact much with Star Sapphire, but despite this they share a couple of qualities, they have hatred towards Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz), they have one main objective, Poison Ivy's is return the world to the forest it once was, and Star Sapphire's is to get back together with Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), and they have interacted in the episodes Beeline, Frenemies, and Soul Sisters.

Livewire[]

As with Green Arrow, Star Sapphire and Giganta, Poison Ivy does not interact much with Livewire, on the occasions that Livewire and Poison Ivy have interacted is in the episodes, Frenemies, Soul Sister and Beeline. Although they have some similarities in common, they are both enemies of Bumblebee, and have revenge against two members of the Super Hero Girls, Livewire has revenge against Wonder Woman and Supergirl, and Poison Ivy has revenge against Batgirl and Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz).

Phil[]

Phil is Ivy's plant friend who she carries around everywhere she goes like he is her pet. With the ability to talk to plants, Poison Ivy can communicate with him and vice versa.

Zombie Plants[]

The zombie plants is the army of Poison Ivy, they love Poison Ivy very much since she was the one who created them, the zombie plants do everything Poison Ivy tells them without questioning her orders (which many armies do not). They are willing to lay down their lives for her and help and support Poison Ivy when necessary and probably in Season 2 Poison Ivy will revive them again to plan a plan to eliminate the entire human race and return the world to the forest it once was.
