The Riddler is a recurring character in the DC Super Hero Girls web series. He is a student at Super Hero High School.

Appearance

The Riddler has short black hair, dark violet eyes and light skin. He wears a green vest with a black dress shirt underneath as well green pants to match his vest and a green hat with a purple question mark on it. He also wears a purple bow tie, purple gloves, and a purple mask and black dress shoes.

He has a crush on Batgirl, which she is disgusted by.

Although he sometimes commits petty crimes, he is a student at Super Hero High, as mentioned in the comic books and in the background of various webisodes.

Cartoon

Season one

In All About Super Hero High, the Riddler makes a background appearance in the school foyer watching as Wonder Woman saves Beast Boy.

Season two

In Riddle of the Heart, the Riddler leads Batgirl, Flash and Hawkgirl through a series of riddles, first by unleashing cats they need to round, then to a clock tower where they save a citizen tied from the hands, and then to the Centennial Park flower beds, where the Flash and Hawkgirl get caught in a net. Batgirl finally encounters him at the park, where he reveals that his series of riddles was his way to ask her out to the dance. She rejects him and arrests him for breaking and entering, kidnapping and assault in relation to the crimes he committed when setting up his riddles.

Season three

In Wild Side Part 2, the Riddler makes a cameo appearance being chased by an escaped zoo elephant at the park. He climbs onto a fence before as the elephant crashes through it, causing it to collapse with him still on it. In Body Electric, he makes a background appearance attending Thunder and Lightning's medal ceremony in the school auditorium for restoring power to Metropolis during a blackout. In Gorilla Warfare, he makes a cameo appearance near the fountain in front of the school with Jinx and Fire hearing Vice Principal Grodd's echo. In It's a Superful Life, he makes a cameo appearance attending the Super Hero High School winter holiday tree ceremony.
