Spaced Out[]
Zatanna appears in "Teenage Crisis", the bonus chapter of the graphic novel Spaced Out, in which she walks into the student lounge at Super Hero High School with several of her classmates after Weaponomics class. When Frost asks why they cannot go to normal school where they are not targets for ray beams and Batgirl wishes that she did not have to be a hero all the time, Zatanna asks her classmates to take a good look at themselves and be grateful with what they have. She uses a spell to open a portal to show her classmates another dimension of the multiverse where they see the different versions of themselves in the second generation of the DC Super Hero Girls franchise. As Wonder Woman and Batgirl realize that being super heroes while maintaining secret identities as students of a normal high school as their Generation 2 counterparts do is difficult, Zatanna closes the portal. When she asks her classmates if they have seen enough, Supergirl replies that she has made her point. Principal Waller then appears and reminds the students that they should all be in class right now.
